用主应力法对拉深无凸缘筒形件进行力学分析。认为在压边圈和凹模之间摩擦并不是均匀分布的,而是一个关于距中心径向尺寸幂函数分布的,同时在拉深过程中材料加工硬化(屈服强度)随变形程度而变化。优化出拉深模凸、凹模圆角半径尺寸及极限拉深系数,并与经验值作了比较,为该类件模具参数设计提供了理论依据。
The mechanical analysis of the flangeless cylindrical part with the principal stress method. It is considered that the friction between the blank holder and the die is not uniformly distributed, but rather a power function distribution about the radial dimension from the center while the work hardening (yield strength) of the material varies with the degree of deformation during drawing. The die radius and radius of the die are optimized and compared with the empirical value, which provides a theoretical basis for the die parameter design of this kind of die.
