低压力比的滑片式压缩机(或滑片式真空泵),往往采用减少滑片数目,将转子上的滑槽打通,滑片做成整体等措施,来减少机械摩擦。这种缸壁的形状呈蚌线形(或称巴斯加蚶线),即蚌线缸体。如图1所示,由于滑片数目少,整体滑片的质心距旋转中心的距离很近,加之滑片回转时的离心力压向缸壁的压力较小,因此可以使摩擦功率大为降低;从而简化了机构,提高了机械效率。

As shown in Figure 1, due to the small number of vanes, the mass center of the entire vane is close to the center of rotation, and the pressure exerted on the cylinder wall by the centrifugal force during vane rotation is small, so that the frictional power can be greatly reduced. This simplifies the mechanism and increases the mechanical efficiency.
