本实验采用紫外分光光度法,研究了光照对盐酸普鲁卡因、硫酸阿托品、维生素B_(12)三种药物水溶液稳定性的影响。结果表明,维生素B_(12)避光保存有意义;盐酸普鲁卡因与硫酸阿托品避光保存无意义。
In this experiment, UV spectrophotometry was used to study the effect of light on the stability of three aqueous solutions of procaine hydrochloride, atropine sulfate and vitamin B_ (12). The results showed that vitamin B_ (12) light preservation of significance; procaine hydrochloride and atropine sulfate dark preservation of meaningless.
