大连港新港港务公司第一作业区有着不平凡的发展史。当年,在周恩来总理提出“三年改变港口落后面貌”的指示下,于1976年5月建成当时全国最大的10万吨级原油码头,大庆原油通过输油管道源源不断地在这里装船,出口到世界各地。经过几代码头人的不懈努力,第一作业区已经发展成拥有两座码头三个泊位,其中10万吨码头改造扩建为15 万吨级,并建成了一个8万吨级泊位。去年,我国目前最大的30万吨级原油码头正式投入生产。 Dalian Port Xingang Port Company first operating area has an extraordinary history.
