我们从2000年1月至2001年12月收治了以惊厥为主要表现的灭鼠药急性中毒患者28例。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 28例中,男5例,女23例,年龄2.5～48岁,其中20～40岁20例。中毒途径均为口服,其中自服26例,误服2例(均为小儿)。服毒距惊厥发作时间数分钟～3小时,平均50分钟。服毒距就诊时间10分钟～4小时,平均1小时。
We from January 2000 to December 2001 admitted convulsions as the main manifestation of rodenticide acute poisoning in 28 patients. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 28 cases, 5 males and 23 females, aged 2.5 to 48 years, of which 20 to 40 years old in 20 cases. Poisoning pathways are oral, of which 26 cases of self-serving, 2 cases of obese (both children). Fetal convulsion seizure time from minutes to 3 hours, an average of 50 minutes. Toxicosis from the treatment time of 10 minutes to 4 hours, an average of 1 hour.
