马克思恩格斯从德国古典哲学出发,又超越和扬弃了它,实现了哲学的伟大变革。在人类从必然王国迈向自然王国的进程中,马克思主义哲学既“终结”了一种哲学形态,又开启了一种新的哲学形态。在经济利益日益多元化的背景下,市场经济的弱点和全球化进程中的不良信息都对电视台员工的思想意识产生负面影响。新形势下如何利用好马克思主义哲学的思想武器加强和改进工会对职工的思想政治教育工作,这是当前工会面临的一项艰巨任务。
Marx and Engels proceeded from the classical philosophy in Germany, surpassed and abandoned it, and realized the great change of philosophy. In the process of mankind moving from the necessary kingdom to the natural kingdom, Marxist philosophy not only “ends” a philosophical form, but also opens up a new kind of philosophical form. Against the background of increasingly diversified economic interests, the weaknesses of the market economy and the bad information in the process of globalization all have a negative impact on the ideology of TV station employees. How to make good use of the ideological weapon of Marxist philosophy under the new situation to strengthen and improve the trade union’s ideological and political education over the workers and staff members is an arduous task that the current trade unions face.
