武术技术的教学是广大体育工作者值得重视的学科,也是提高学生的身体素质和技术水平的重要途径。在武术课教学中,教师要从学生的学习态度、学习目的,运用有效的教学手段,充分地调动学生智力活动和积极性,引导学生通过思维活动去理解教材,掌握基本知识和技能,达到培养学生独立思考、分析问题和解决问题的能力。武术教学有不同于其它学科的教学方法和手段,本文从如何加强启发式教学进行论述,如启发学生明确学习目的和端正学习态度;从学生的学习实际出发,运用教材进行启发式教学;教师提出问题进行教学,学生带着问题进行练习;采取有效的方法进行教学等来提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学习良好的思维习惯,提高教学质量与效果,并结合教学实际在启发式教学中应注意的几个问题,应当注重的如:循序渐进;练习内容以及安全保护。通过在武术课实际教学中,运用启发式教学使学生较快地掌握武术动作,增强学生体质,全面地提高学生的武术技术水平。
The teaching of martial arts technique is a discipline worth paying attention to by majority of sportsmen and also an important way to improve students’ physical quality and technical level. Through the actual teaching of Wushu class, using heuristic teaching to enable students to grasp the martial arts moves faster, enhance students ’physique, and comprehensively improve the students’ martial arts skills.
