心律失常是心血管疾病中的常见病,从1996年至1999年6月,我们对32例心律失常患者运用加味黄连阿胶汤配合倍他乐克治疗,并与30例单用倍他乐克治疗心律失常进行临床观察和疗效对比。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择 62例病例,男性35例,女性27例。年龄20至65岁,平均46岁。频发室性早搏34例中按Iown分类二级15例,三级16例,四级3例,房性早搏18例,窦性心动过速10例。其中高血压病24例,冠心病21例,二尖瓣脱垂7例,心肌炎5例。心肌病除外。 中医辩证参考《中药新药治疗心悸的临床研究指导原
