以婴幼儿奶粉为研究对象,通过对比V(硝酸)∶V(高氯酸)分别为4∶1,5∶1,6∶1三种不同体积配比,以及15,20和25 mL的V(硝酸)∶V(高氯酸)=4∶1三种用量,确定最优条件15 mL V(硝酸)∶V(高氯酸)=4∶1,并在电热板湿法消解,用ICP-MS同时测定样液中10种微量金属元素含量。试验结果,方法线性范围为0~200μg/L,工作曲线的相关系数(r)均≥0.999 5。各待测元素测定的检出限为0.01~0.88 mg/kg,低、中、高3个加标水平平均回收率为84.0%~104.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.2%~4.8%。
Taking infants and young children milk powder as the research object, compared the three different volume ratios of V (nitric acid): V (perchloric acid) to 4: 1, 5: 1 and 6: 1, (Nitric acid): V (perchloric acid) = 4: 1 three kinds of dosage to determine the optimal conditions 15 mL V (nitric acid): V (perchloric acid) = 4: 1, and wet digestion on a hot plate, -MS Simultaneous determination of 10 trace metal elements in sample solution. The experimental results showed that the linear range of the method was 0 ~ 200μg / L, and the correlation coefficient (r) of working curve was ≥0.9995. The detection limit of each element was 0.01-0.88 mg / kg. The average recoveries were 84.0% -104.6% for low, middle and high spike levels, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.2% -4.8%.
