筛分设备是机械化砂处理系统不可缺少的一种工艺设备。尽管振动筛在冶金及选矿部门广泛使用已有四十多年的历史,然而在我国铸造车间使用的筛分设备主要是老式滚筒筛,只是最近几年新设计和兴建的机械化铸造车间才开始选用振动筛。由于振动筛有筛分效率高、筛网面积利用率高以及设备紧凑等优点,因而,随着铸造生产机械化的发展,振动筛必将代替滚筒筛而得到广泛的使用。适用于铸造车间的振动筛有单轴惯性振动筛(中小型)、双轴惯性振动筛(大型)及振动电机驱动的振动筛。本文对无强迫联系、双振动电机驱动的振动筛设计中的几个问题
