我院于1986年2～4月流行性脑脊髓膜炎(下称流脑)流行期间,在血/脊液培养脑膜炎双球菌阳性的11份标本中,发现3份B群2型脑膜炎双球菌感染菌株,现将该种菌株感染病人临床情况报告于下,并对B群2型流脑菌株传播在流行病学上的意义加以讨论。 例1 男,13岁。因发热、头痛、膝痛2天,呕吐1天入院。体查:体温37℃,脉搏22次,血压100/70。
