党中央高度重视基层干部队伍建设。2008年11月,胡锦涛总书记在中国十佳大学生“村官”来信上作了重要批示,指出选聘高校毕业生到农村任职具有长远的战略意义。2008年12月,中央政治局常委习近平在北京举行的大学生“村官”代表座谈会上强调,大学生“村官”是加强我党基层组织建设和推进社会主义新农村建设的重要力量,也是党政机关培养和储备来自工农一线后备人才的重要来源。宝安区委组织部在这方面进行了很好的探索。为此,本刊特约宝安区委常委、组织部长赵燕民撰文介绍他们的做法和经验,以期引起关注。
