以8种国内外樱桃砧木为试材进行嫩枝扦插与移栽试验,研究了不同扦插时期、不同浓度生长激素处理对砧木生根特性的影响。结果表明,与对照比较,3种激素处理均明显提高了砧木扦插生根率,缩短了生根天数,其中,樱砧王和福山黑樱在扦插第10天即可出现新根;在烟台地区,9月10日扦插生根率最高,平均生根率达85%;除马哈利成苗率较低外,其余7种砧木成苗率均在75%以上;移栽定植近1年后,达到适宜嫁接规格的砧木有马哈利、樱砧王和福山黑樱。
Eight kinds of domestic and international cherry rootstocks were used as test materials for cutting and transplanting of shoots. The effects of different concentrations of growth hormone on the rooting characteristics of rootstocks were studied at different cutting stages.
