In the first quarter of this year, Air Liquide achieved sales revenue of 3.5 billion euros (5.1 billion U.S. dollars), an increase of 12% over the same period of last year. The Company’s industrial gas and service sector achieved sales revenue of 3.2 billion euros, up 11% over the same period of last year, of which revenue from developed economies increased 8% over the same period of previous year while revenue from developing regions surged 30% yoy.
