本文从梅花芽分化的外部形态以及内部组织分化和营养物质的动态变化等方面出发,在光镜和扫描电镜的观察水平上,进行综合研究.将梅花芽形态分化的进程划分为未分化期、花原基分化期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期和雄蕊、雌蕊结构分化期等7期.观察发现梅花芽内部分化进程和外形表征之间有一定的相关趋势.显微化学检测结果表明,蛋白质多存在于细胞快速增殖、合成旺盛的原基等区域;淀粉粒则多分布于由原分生组织衍生的组织区域.芽内营养物质的增加与枝、叶中营养物质的供应和传输有关.

The increase of substances is related to the supply and transport of nutrients in the branches and leaves.
