就口头表达而言,目前的语文教学有一个专项训练,那就是每节课前的演讲,通过演讲,提高学生语言的组织和表达能力,提升学生对语文的兴趣,丰富他们的语文素材。笔者在多年的教学中发现,这一教学活动看似热闹,实则存在不少问题。1.模式固定,学生参与度低。课前演讲模式基本为每一节课前有一位同学演讲,两位同学加老师点评。这样的模式,只有演讲的同学有机会锻炼,除点评的同学外其余同学只有听,没有表达的机会。若碰到他们不感兴趣的内容,
