针对压力调宽机在轧制连铸坯时出现的夹送辊输送打滑现象,运用有限元软件DEFORM建立某钢厂1880SSP压力调宽机定宽轧制模型。将模拟结果与理论计算对比,找出了打滑的主要原因是“狗骨”变形纵向高度差值过大。通过对砧型3个阶段的研究,提出新的砧型,使生成的“狗骨”变形满足夹送辊输送时的咬入条件,并进行了试验得到了验证。
Aiming at the pinch roller slippage which occurs when the pressure width adjusting machine rolls the slab, the finite element software DEFORM is used to establish the constant width rolling model of 1880SSP pressure width adjusting machine for a steel mill. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculations to find out the main reason for slippage is “dog bone” deformation vertical height difference is too large. Through the research on the three stages of the anvil, a new anvil type was proposed to make the deformation of the generated “dog bone” meet the biting condition during the pinch roller transportation and the experiment was validated.
