本文用仙台病毒经鼻腔感染小鼠,造成小鼠病毒性肺炎。感染小鼠表现出明显的热象和肺部病理改变,而且用治疗肺热证的方剂治疗可以明显减轻肺部病变。因此,符合肺热证的表现。此模型可用于研究肺热的发展过程和有关方剂的治疗效果。文章还介绍了造模的病毒剂量和模型的特点。
