目的 了解特异性免疫复合物在脑囊虫病治疗过程中的意义。方法 用双单抗夹心ELISA法检测特异性免疫复合物 :采用抗人IgG、IgM单抗包板 ,来捕获由血清提取的免疫复合物中的特异性IgG、IgM型免疫复合物 ,通过酶标抗囊虫单抗结合物显色 ,测其OD值。结果 IgG型免疫复合物在 1疗程后含量较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )以后各疗程则显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;IgM型免疫复合物的含量治疗前与 1疗程后相比差别不显著 ,但随着疗程增加其含量逐渐下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;各疗程的临床反应加重发生率以第 1疗程最高 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 IgG型免疫复合物可以作为治疗反应、疗效考核的依据
Objective To understand the significance of specific immune complexes in the treatment of cerebral cysticercosis. Methods The specific immune complexes were detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA: Anti-human IgG and IgM monoclonal antibody-coated plates were used to capture the specific IgG and IgM immune complexes in the immune complexes extracted from the serum. Cysticercosis monoclonal antibody conjugate color, measured OD value. Results The IgG immunocomplexes significantly decreased after one course of treatment (P <0.05), and the levels of IgM immunocomplexes decreased significantly After 1 course of treatment, the difference was not significant, but gradually decreased as the course of treatment increased (P <0.01). The incidence of clinical reaction in each course of treatment was the highest in the first course of treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion IgG immunocomplex can be used as the basis for treatment response and curative effect evaluation
