目的:通过对众多经临床确诊为糖尿病并发神经系统疾病的患者进行长期的治疗和观察,以提高对糖尿病并发神经系统疾病的临床治疗水平。方法:研究病例选自我院2014年7月-2016年6月门诊就诊的糖尿病并发神经系统疾病患者100例,均进行常规糖尿病治疗的同时,每天给予18-56u单位的皮下胰岛素强化性治疗,并对其治疗前后血糖浓度水平和神经传导速度变化情况进行统计和分析。结果:经胰岛素强化治疗后所有患者治疗总有效率高达95.7%,而且其神经系统传导速度也得到了明显提高,与治疗前相比有显著性差异。结论:胰岛素强化治疗能够对糖尿病并发神经系统患者的血糖水平进行有效控制,并能使其周围神经传导速度得以改善,可为今后此类疾病的临床治疗提供帮助。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the clinical management of diabetic patients with neurological diseases through long-term treatment and observation of many clinically diagnosed patients with diabetes mellitus and neurological diseases. Methods: A total of 100 cases of diabetic patients with neurological diseases were selected from outpatients in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016. All patients underwent routine diabetes mellitus. Meanwhile, patients were treated with 18-56u subcutaneous insulin intensive therapy every day. Before and after treatment of blood glucose levels and nerve conduction velocity changes in statistics and analysis. Results: The total effective rate of all the patients after intensive insulin therapy was as high as 95.7%, and the speed of nervous system conduction was also significantly improved, which was significantly different from that before treatment. CONCLUSION: Intensive insulin therapy can effectively control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients with nervous system and improve the peripheral nerve conduction velocity, which may be helpful for clinical treatment of such diseases in the future.
