分别在螟黄赤眼蜂发育至卵期、幼虫期、预蛹期、蛹期和成蜂期,利用不同浓度的10种棉田常用农药进行处理,观察各处理赤眼蜂的死亡(存活)情况。试验结果表明,供试螟黄赤眼蜂对除BT乳剂外的其它所有供试药剂均非常敏感,很难成活;从卵到蛹的4个虫期在所有供试药剂的Ⅰ级浓度中均能存活,但在以后各级浓度中,不同药剂对赤眼蜂各虫期的杀伤力存在差异。从整个试验结果看,赤眼蜂各虫期的耐药性依次为幼虫≥卵>预蛹>蛹;供试药剂中,BT乳剂原液对赤眼蜂所有虫期均安全,而毒性最大的是50%甲基对硫磷,4个虫期除Ⅰ级浓度外,其它3个浓度未见存活个体
Trichogramma ostriniae were used to treat 10 Trichogramma species (Oviducta equisetivae) in the stages of egg, larva, pre-pupal, pupal and adult, respectively. . The results showed that the tested Trichogramma defensis was very sensitive to all the tested reagents except BT emulsion and it was very hard to survive. According to the results of the whole experiment, the resistance of Trichogramma shrimp at each stage was larvae ≥ egg> pre-pupa> pupae. Among the tested agents, BT emulsion stock solution was safe to Trichogramma at all stages of insects while the toxicity was the highest 50% methyl parathion, 4 insect stage in addition to Ⅰ concentration, the other three concentrations of no surviving individuals
