通讯员历来是媒体报道的稿源提供者。他们身处民间,是民意的“感应器”和民心的“收集器”;他们身处基层,是鲜活新闻事件的见证人与采写者。新时期,无论是通讯员队伍的人员结构还是新闻作品结构,都与过去有很大的不同,媒体要对此进行全面的分析,寻求可行的方式方法,着力加强通讯员队伍建设更好地发挥他们的作用,从而促进媒体健康科学可持续发展。
Correspondents have always been the source of media coverage of the source.
