为借鉴日本、韩国农民职业教育经验,农业部科教司、财务司,财政部农业司和河北、四川、广西、陕西等省区农业厅科教处负责同志一行9人,于2000年4月10日至4月23日赴日本、韩国考察了农民职业教育情况。在考察期间,考察团与两国的官员、专家、教授、教师及农民进行了广泛接触和座谈,使大家对日本、韩国农民职业教育的体系、形式、运行状况以及政府加强此项工作的相关法律法规、政策、措施等情况有了一定的了解。
