我选择政工,而且一干就是二十年,其间尝到不少酸辛苦涩,自然更收获许多幸福甘甜。回首往事,感慨系之,可以将其归结为一个“三段论”那就是:选择才有理解,理解才有热爱,热爱才有行动。 一九八三年,我从师专中文系毕业,分配到中原油田,当上了一名基层宣传干事。当时正值东濮石油会战如火如荼。我亲眼目睹了一幕幕夺油上产的雄壮活剧,深深地被石油工人战天斗地的创业精神所感染,写了不少新闻报道稿件,被报刊采用发表,受到领导和职工的好评。
I choose to work as a political worker, and for a period of twenty years, I have tasted a lot of sour and bitter, naturally, many happy and sweet harvest. Looking back, the emotion of the Department, can be summed up as a “syllogism” that is: choice only understanding, understanding only love, love only action. In 1983, I graduated from the Chinese Department of Teachers College and assigned to Zhongyuan Oilfield where I became a grassroots propaganda officer. At that time, the oil game in full swing in Dongpu. I witnessed the scenes of the mastermind of the oil and oil production, was deeply infected by the pioneering spirit of the oil-workers in battle, wrote a lot of news articles, published by newspapers and magazines, praised by the leadership and staff.
