本文以广西人民机械厂锌冶炼技术改造及河池地区铜厂两项目工程设计为实例,论述了设计工作与控制工程造价的重要关系,介绍了在设计各阶段推行限额设计的初步尝试、具体作法及取得的良好效果。
In this paper, the technical transformation of zinc smelting in Guangxi People’s Machinery Factory and the copper works in Hechi area are taken as examples to discuss the important relationship between design work and project cost control. The initial attempts to introduce quota design in each stage of design are introduced. Achieved good results.
