公共管理思潮目前正在我国得以广泛的传播和重视,公共管理的发展在中国面临着极好的机遇,也面临着空前的挑战。知识经济时代知识管理成为了组织管理的重要模式,主张把私人部门的管理手段引入公共组织和公共服务之中的公共管理也应该注重借鉴目前的知识管理理论,从而发展出完善的公共组织知识管理。在把知识管理导入公共管理的过程中,电子学习是一种较有效的途径。
The trend of public administration is currently being widely disseminated and valued in our country. The development of public administration faces excellent opportunities in China as well as unprecedented challenges. Knowledge management in the era of knowledge economy has become an important model of organization and management. Public administration advocating the introduction of private sector management methods into public organizations and public services should also draw lessons from the current knowledge management theory, so as to develop a sound public organization knowledge management . In the process of introducing knowledge management into public management, e-learning is a more effective way.
