加强和改进国有企业党建工作,必须认清面临的形势和自身存在的问题,围绕为国有企业改革发展稳定大局和生产经营这一中心任务,坚持国有企业党建工作基本要求,从企业领导体制、党建工作机制、活动内容方式,人才建设,自身建设发面着手,构建适应企业改革发展的党建工作新格局,确保各级党委政治核心作用、党支部战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用的最大发挥。
