关于股份制的性质问题,一直存在着两种不同的观点:一种观点把股份制等同于私有制;另一种则认为股份制天然具有公有性质。两派观点形似对立,实则是在思维逻辑上都把股份制作为经济制度范畴,赋予其非公即私的所有制属性。而且,两派观点的理论依据同出一源,即马恩经典作家对股份制的论述。
There are two different viewpoints about the nature of the shareholding system: one view equates the shareholding system with private ownership; the other considers the shareholding system to be of a public nature. The opposition between the two factions is diametrically opposed to each other. In reality, however, it is in the logic of thinking that the shareholding system is made a category of economic system and given its unfair and private property of ownership. Moreover, the theoretical basis of the two schools of thought shares the same source, namely, the discussion of the shareholding system by the classic Marxist writers.
