天津北疆一期2×1000MW机组工程安装了6台型号为MPS275辊盘式中速磨煤机,该磨煤机与300、600MW机组中速磨煤机相比结构有一定的变化,而且体积和单件质量较大,在运输、安装中易出现变形,造成组合、安装中出现较大误差。在施工现场采取了基础台板变形和下架体偏差的控制,喷嘴环间隙和分离器施工方案的调整等措施,很好地解决了工程中出现的问题,顺利完成了磨煤机的安装施工任务。
