目的观察妥泰对宫内急性脑缺血损伤的Wistar大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法夹闭妊娠大鼠子宫血管,制成急性脑缺血损伤的新生鼠模型,治疗组于生后30 min内通过胃管给予妥泰,分为1次给药组及5次给药组,生后28天通过Morris全自动水迷宫实验,比较各组新生鼠学习记忆能力的差别。结果妥泰1次组逃避潜伏期及逃避路径长度明显大于正常对照组而小于缺血组(P<0.05);妥泰5次组逃避潜伏期及逃避路径长度明显大于正常对照组而小于缺血组及妥泰1次组(P<0.05)。结论妥泰可以改善宫内急性脑缺血Wistar大鼠生后的学习记忆能力, 且多次给药组学习记忆能力好于单次给药组。
Objective To observe the effects of Toutai on the learning and memory abilities of Wistar rats with intrauterine cerebral ischemia. Methods The uterus blood vessels of pregnant rats were occluded to make a newborn rat model of acute cerebral ischemic injury. The treatment group was given topiramate via the gastric tube within 30 min after birth and divided into 1 dose group and 5 dose groups. 28 days after birth by Morris automatic water maze test to compare the differences in learning and memory ability of newborn rats in each group. Results The escape latency and escape path length of Topotex 1 group were significantly larger than that of the normal control group and less than the ischemic group (P <0.05). The escape latency and escape path length of Topotex 5 group were significantly larger than those of the normal control group and less than the ischemia Group and Toutai 1 group (P <0.05). Conclusion Topotecan can improve the learning and memory abilities of Wistar rats after intrauterine Acute Cerebral Ischemia, and the learning and memory abilities of multiple administration groups are better than that of single administration group.
