2003年11月28日至29日,首届全国高等院校“国际商法”教学研讨会在对外经济贸易大学诚信楼国际会议厅隆重举行。本次会议由对外经济贸易大学法学院组织召开并举办。来自全国各地65所院校及其他相关单位的近百名专家、学者参加了此次会议。对外经济贸易大学法学院院长沈四宝教授主持了开幕式,对外经济贸易大学副校长徐子健、中国法学会研究部部长方向、最高人民法院涉外厅厅长俞灵雨参加了开幕式并致词,会上还由对外经济贸易大学法学院党总支书记王淑霞同志宣读了中国法学会副会长宋书涛同志就本次会议发来的贺电。
From November 28 to November 29, 2003, the first National Higher Education “International Commercial Law ” teaching seminar was held in the International Conference Hall, Honesty Building, University of International Business and Economics. This meeting was organized and held by the Law School of University of International Business and Economics. Nearly 100 experts and scholars from 65 institutes and other related institutions across the country attended the conference. Professor Shen Sibao, dean of the School of Law of the University of International Business and Economics, presided over the opening ceremony. Xu Zijian, vice chancellor of the University of International Business and Economics, director of the Research Department of the Chinese Law Society, Yu Lingyu, director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Supreme People’s Court attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Comrade Wang Shuxia, party branch secretary of the University of International Business and Economics Law School, read out a telegram sent by Vice President Song Shutao of the China Law Society regarding this meeting.
