延迟线属于一种功能元件,起延迟(对脉冲信号而言)或移相(对正弦信号而言)作用,它广泛应用于空间技术、电子计算机、雷达、彩色电视等系统中。延迟线常用的有超声延迟线和电磁延迟线。超声延迟线是利用超声波在介质中的传播速度比电磁波慢得多而设计的,延时较大,由几微秒至几毫秒,频带宽,幅频特性为带通型,中心频率可达几百兆赫。电磁延迟线是利用传输线或电网络的固有特性将电信号延迟的,因信号的传播都具有一定的速度,从一处到另一处都要经过一定的时间,延时大小取决于传输线或电网
