新《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:教师应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者。在以儿童发展为本、儿童的自主发展这样的课程改革新理念引领下,幼儿园教师应从儿童的需求出发;倾听儿童的心声,支持儿童的思想;关注儿童的差异,支持儿童的行为;为儿童开始未来的生活、学习与发展创设时空。
