煤炭资源作为我国的主要能源在国民经济建设中具有不可替代的战略地位。但是煤炭型项目的建设会带来一系列的生态环境问题和社会问题,制约着矿区的可持续发展。目前,在煤炭型项目环评中对于生态环境的经济评价力度不够,不能有效保护矿区的生态环境。因此,进一步规范和完善该方面的评价具有重要的意义。 Coal resources, as the main energy source in our country, have an irreplaceable strategic position in the national economy. However, the construction of coal-based projects will bring a series of ecological and environmental problems and social problems, restricting the sustainable development of mining areas. At present, the economic evaluation of ecological environment in the environmental impact assessment of coal-based projects is not enough to effectively protect the ecological environment in mining areas. Therefore, it is of great significance to further standardize and perfect the evaluation in this respect.
