患者,男,26岁,农民。因便血、肛门内异物外脱不能自行回纳、反复发作3年于1986年5月2日入院。入院时体温26.8℃,脉搏78次,呼吸20次,血压14.1/11.2kPa,神志清楚,形体消瘦,面萎少华。肛检:肛缘外观未见异常,镜下可见截石位3、7、11点齿线上方有隆起的静脉曲张团,均有1.4×1.5cm大小。查血:血红蛋白125g/L,白细胞8.6×10~9/L,中性64%,淋巴36%,出血时间1min、凝血时间2min。诊断为三期内痔。
