患者,男、56岁,右侧阴囊内肿物半年,近半月增长迅速,伴轻微压痛及坠胀感,无发烧及尿路刺激症状;于1992年6月12日入院.查体,一般情况良好,阴囊皮肤正常,双侧睾丸正常,其右侧附睾及精索处可触及10cm×6cm大小肿物,上达皮下环,表面凹凸不平,轻压痛,质硬并有囊性感,与皮肤无粘连,透光试验(一),双侧腹股沟淋巴结不肿大.1992年6月25日行手术探查:右侧睾丸正常,其后上方有9cm×6cm×4cm长圆形肿块,包膜为增厚的精索筋膜,坚韧,表面不平,呈结节状,附睾头部已形成瘢
