通过高分辨电子显微术(HRTEM)研究了Ti-21.7%(原子分数)H合金中γ氢化物与α-Ti基体之间的界面结构.取向关系为<2 0>α//<110>γ,{0 1 0}α//{1 0}γ的α/γ界面从[0001]α,[2 0]α和[2 3]α.三个方向进行观察.结果表明:(0 1 0)α/(1 0)。界面保持共格关系,并且发现γ氢化物的长大是通过α/γ界面上的台阶的形成和侧向扩展而进行的.
The interfacial structure of γ-hydride and α-Ti matrix in Ti-21.7% (atomic fraction) H alloy was studied by high resolution electron microscopy (HRTEM). The orientation relationship is α α / γ <110> γ, and the α / γ interface of {0 1 0} α // {1 0} γ is changed from [0001] α, [2 0] α and [2 3] . Three directions to observe. The results show that: (0 1 0) α / (1 0). The interface maintains a coherent relationship and it has been found that the growth of gamma hydride occurs through the formation and lateral expansion of the steps on the alpha / gamma interface.
