本年一至三月份津市工商业,基本上在全国财政经济好转,物价稳定,人民购买力提高,城乡交流日趋活跃和国防建设与经济建设日益高涨的良好基础上发展着。虽然有些行业处于淡月,但困难程度较往年大大减低,而绝大多数行业产销正常而稳步地前进着。一、情况:(一)由于城乡交流日益开展,凡生产和经营农民生活和生产资料的工商业,产销上升,农副产品的流转亦有显著活跃。凡生产为广大人民生产和生活必需品的行业,均稳步地上升着。棉纺、针织、橡胶、竹籐檀木等业,产销是一直上升的。如:针织业筒子
