随着国民经济的快速发展,民营企业也在近二十年中迅速发展壮大。成长中的民营企业对科学化管理的要求越来越高,因此开始尝试通过外部咨询解决企业发展过程中遇到的种种问题,并逐渐意识到外部专家咨询带给企业的种种好处。目前国内的大中型民营企业请外脑帮助企业平稳过渡发展危机的例子数不胜数。笔者从事咨询工作多年,积累了丰富的民营企业咨询合作经验。为了更好地指导民营企业管理咨询项目的运作,在此将咨询公司和民营企业在咨询项目合作中,管理咨询师需要把握的关键点整理如下:
