本标准目的在于指导正确使用无损探伤技术,提出了应用常规无损探伤方法时应遵守的规则。 1 总则 1.1 无损探伤是利用声、光、热、电、磁和射线等与物质的相互作用,在不损伤被检物使用性能的情况下,探测材料、构件或设备(被检物)的各种宏观的内部或表面缺陷,并判断其位置、大小、形伏和种类的方法。 1.2 常规无损探伤方法包括超声、(X、γ)射线照相、磁粉、渗透和电磁(涡流)等五种。 1.3 应用无损探伤技术的原则
