随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的进一步推广,课程资源的开发与利用已引起一线教师的极大关注。教育部新制定的《英语课程标准》提出,“积极开发和合理利用课程资源是英语课程实施的重要组成部分。英语课程资源包括英语教材以及有利于发展学生总会语言运用能力的其它所有学习材料和辅助设施……在英语教学中,除了合理有效地使用教科书以外,还应该积极利用其他课程资源,特别是广播影视节目、录音、录像资料……各种形式的网络资源、报刊杂志等等。”由此,高中英语课程资源对于改进教师的教和学生的学的方式有着极其重要的作用。
