教师的职业成长也是外在价值引导下的自主完善的过程,教师主体的积极参与对教师成长非常重要。相反,没有教师主体的自我实践反思意识的觉醒和能力的增强,而仅仅采用单纯的我讲你听,缺乏双向互动和自我实践反思,其效果必然是不理想的。只有注重激发教师的自我提高动机,调动教师积极地自我反思与实践,使其以主体身份投入其中,教师的教育教学观念、教育教学行为和能力才会有本质性的提高。
The professional growth of teachers is also the process of self-improvement under the guidance of external values. The active participation of teachers is very important to the growth of teachers. On the contrary, there is no awakening and ability improvement of the self-practice reflective consciousness of the main body of the teacher.
