本文讨论了对电渣炉一类时滞传递特性对象的分析方法,可用以估计模型的结构,并应用了动态数据系统(DDS)辨识过程所得自回归滑动平均(ARMA)的模型。 根据微处理机的控制和运算能力,对量测随机干扰的滤波和熔化速度控制回路的调节规律,提出了可行的算法。分析了系统的组成,并应用现代控制理论最佳控制的思想,提出了今后工作要点。
In this paper, a method for the analysis of a class of time-delay transfer characteristics in ESG furnace is presented, which can be used to estimate the structure of the model. The autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model obtained from DDS (Dynamic Data System) identification is applied. According to the control and computing ability of the microprocessor, this paper presents a feasible algorithm for the regulation of the filtering of the random disturbance and the regulation of the melting speed control loop. The composition of the system is analyzed, and the idea of the best control of modern control theory is put forward, and the key points for future work are put forward.
