资金对于一个企业具有举足轻重的作用,它是企业生存的必要要素。资金管理的科学有效与否直接决定着一个企业的生死存亡和长期持续发展。本文通过对目前我国企业资金管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出几点改善的建议。
Funding plays a decisive role for an enterprise and is an essential element of an enterprise’s existence. The scientific and effective fund management directly determines the survival and long-term sustainable development of an enterprise. This article analyzes the existing problems in the process of enterprise funds management in our country and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
