本文对无细胞百日咳菌苗的纯度、免疫力和毒性进行了研究。实验证明菌苗中不仅含有百日咳毒素 (PT)和丝状血凝素 (FHA) ,而且还含有百日咳凝集素和百日咳粘着素。菌苗的纯度为 5 0 %～ 95 7% ,菌苗中PT和FHA的比例为 1∶1～ 1∶18。
In this paper, the purity, immunity and toxicity of acellular pertussis vaccine were studied. Experiments show that the vaccine contains not only pertussis toxin (PT) and filamentous hemagglutinin (FHA), but also contains Pertussis lectin and pertussis pertussis. The purity of the vaccine is 50% ~ 95 7%. The ratio of PT to FHA in the vaccine is 1: 1 ~ 1:18.
