人才强国科教兴市的战略方针的确定,给基础教育带来新的机遇和挑战。中学都在为培养数以亿计的高素质的劳动者、数以千万计的专门人才和一大批创新人才打基础而积极努力,在创建实验性示范性高中的过程中几乎异口同声地喊出了“实现现代化”的口号。要讨论“学校现代化与校长专业化”,我认为至少应该讨论什么是现代化、如何实现现代化,什么是校长专业化、如何实现校长专业化,以及两者的关系。
