为探讨奥美拉唑对大鼠脑损伤后胃粘膜损伤保护作用的确切机制，应用奥美拉唑治疗大鼠严重脑损伤后应激性胃粘膜损害，并对胃粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ）、跨膜电位（ＰＤ）、胃粘膜损伤指数（ＵＩ）、胃粘膜表面按触角（ＣＡ）等指标进行了实验研究，现将结果报告如下。材料与方法
