一、概述: 干部考核工作多少年一直是手工操作,计算机技术的运用仅仅停留在对人员基本信息的管理上。而且,传统的干部考核和测评只对干部的综合方面进行考核,只能定性的反映出某人是优秀、称职、基本称职还是不称职。新时期的干部工作要求我们要全面准确地掌握各种情况。因此,运用科学规范的考核评价方法对领导干部的德才素质和绩效实施评价,成为目前需要尽快解决的问题。
I. Overview: The number of cadres assessment work has been a manual operation, the use of computer technology only stay in the management of basic information on personnel. Moreover, the traditional assessment and assessment of cadres only examines the comprehensive aspects of cadres, and can only qualitatively reflect whether a person is excellent, competent, basic competent or incompetent.
