格兰尼斯尔和贝尔两铜矿分别于1966年和1972年正式投产。格兰尼斯尔矿是诺兰达公司于1979年买下的。两座矿山组成一个分部进行管理。这两座矿于1981年开始的铜价下跌期由于财政损失严重于1982年关闭。本文介绍了贝尔矿在停产三年后于1985年恢复生产的情况。由于职工们和管理部门都支持推行职工参加管理和介入原则,使劳动生产率和效益都有显著提高。在一般论述了实行这种原则的整体效果和对比去年全年生产情况后,本文讨论了在贝尔矿维修部门执行这一原则的实际情况和取得的巨大效果。
Two Granite and Bell copper mines were officially put into operation in 1966 and 1972 respectively. Granisell Mine was bought by Nolanda in 1979. Two mines form a division for management. The decline of the copper price of the two mines, which started in 1981, was severely closed in 1982 due to fiscal losses. This article describes the Bells mine that resumed production in 1985 after three years of decommissioning. As both workers and management support the implementation of the principle of participation and management of workers, labor productivity and benefit have been significantly improved. After a general discussion of the overall effect of implementing this principle and comparison of the production of the whole year last year, this paper discusses the actual situation and the tremendous effect achieved in implementing this principle in the Bell Mine Maintenance Department.
