第23届中国控制与决策会议(2011 CCDC)于5月23日～25日在四川省绵阳市召开.会议由东北大学、IEEE新加坡工业电子分会和IEEE哈尔滨控制系统分会联合主办,西南科技大学承办.来自28个国家和地区的高等院校和科研机构的450多位代表参加了会议.这是一次国际学术盛会,大家齐聚一堂,交流学术思想,讨论学术问题,充满了浓厚的学术气氛.5月23日上午举行了大会开幕式.国际技术程序委员会主席杨光红教授主持会议,东北大学副校长、大会总主席王福利教授致开幕辞,西南科技大学校长肖正学教授致欢迎辞,绵阳市副市长黄正良先生到会并讲话.
The 23rd China Conference on Control and Decision-making (2011 CCDC) was held in Mianyang, Sichuan Province from May 23 to May 25. The conference was jointly sponsored by Northeastern University, IEEE Singapore Industrial Electronics Branch and IEEE Harbin Branch of Control Systems, and hosted by Southwestern University of Science and Technology More than 450 representatives from institutions of higher learning and research institutes from 28 countries and regions participated in the conference, which is an international academic gathering where all of you gather to exchange academic ideas, discuss academic issues and have a strong academic atmosphere. The opening ceremony of the conference was held in the morning of May 23. Professor Yang Guanghong, chairman of the International Technical Program Committee, presided over the meeting. Professor Wang Fuli, vice president and president of Northeastern University, delivered an opening speech. Professor Xiao Zhengxue, president of Southwest University of Science and Technology, delivered a welcome speech. Vice Mayor of Mianyang City Mr. Huang Zhengliang arrived at the meeting and spoke.
